1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at post@roosluxuryhair.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment information is secure, and we do not store your credit card details.

  • Klarna: Shop now and pay later with Klarna. Klarna offers flexible payment options, including installment plans. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at post@roosluxuryhair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within Norway. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Roos Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely to process your orders and provide you with a personalized shopping experience.
